About Us Management Team | Board of Trustees Justin E. Ginsberg - Senior Managing Director; Affordable Housing Group Justin E. Ginsberg is a Senior Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group (Centerline), where he is responsible for overseeing operations of the Affordable Housing Group business divisions. Mr. Ginsberg also serves as the President of Centerline Financial LLC. Since he joined Centerline in 1995, Mr. Ginsberg has been responsible for the acquisition of affordable properties on behalf of the Company’s institutional tax credit funds, valued in excess of $1.5 billion. He began his career in the fi nancial services industry as a fi nancial analyst. Prior to his current position at Centerline, Mr. Ginsberg held the titles of Executive Vice President and Director of the Western Region for affordable acquisitions.
