Centerline Capital Group comprises of Affordable Housing and Agency Lending Products. Our businesses are supported by our corporate group, Finance and Accounting (including Investor Relations), Legal, Corporate Communications, and Operations (including Information Technology, Human Resources and Office Services).

On March 5, 2010, Centerline Holding Company (“Centerline”) completed a series of transactions with Island Capital Group LLC (“Island Capital”) and Centerline’s creditors and preferred shareholders. The transactions eliminated a major portion of Centerline liabilities and contingent exposure, and restructured all of Centerline’s outstanding debt. Centerline also sold its real estate debt fund management and commercial mortgage loan servicing businesses to an affiliate of Island Capital, C-III Capital Partners LLC (“C-III”). Our March 8, 2010 press release describing these transactions can be found under the News link on this page.
